Macedonia’s two time Eurovision Song Contest representative and Balkan superstar, Karolina Goceva, keeps the holiday spirit alive with the release of her Christmas single “Zvona”.
The long legged beauty is only giving us a snippet of what is yet to come, and that is the release of her ninth studio album.
About Zvona
Karolina’s “Zvona” is a stripped back, simple yet nostalgic song that puts us in a festive mode. However, the lyrical story goes way deeper than the pleasant feeling of the song.
“Zvona” has a certain melancholic vibe perfectly portrayed through the lyrics. Karolina sings about her eternal love for someone that is no longer alive.

Karolina’s Eurovision journey begins in 2002, when she represented Macedonia with her ethnic ballad “Od Nas Zavisi”, only to finish 19th out of 24 competing songs.
However, her comeback only improved her previous result taking Macedonia straight to the final. “Mojot Svet” scored 73 points and finished 14th overall.
