Måns Zelmerlöw in Brighton filming for Eurovision: You Decide

Måns Zelmerlöw has been in Brighton in the UK filming for the upcoming Eurovision: You Decide UK national final. The Eurovision 2015 winner and host of Eurovision 2016 was chosen to host the show alongside show regular Mel Giedroyc.
Måns posted to Instagram and Facebook revealing he is filming for the BBC in Brighton a southern coastal city in the UK.

My first visit and its beautiful! Only one naked person on the nudist beach though. Might be because it’s JANUARY.

Brighton’s connections with Eurovision

The United Kingdom will once again use the You Decide national final to choose their Eurovision entry. BBC will be broadcasting the show live from Brighton Dome, known for hosting the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 which saw Sweden’s ABBA win the contest. This is the first time the UK has held a national final outside of the capital city London.
Six artists will compete at You Decide, with the winner decided by a combination of professional jury and public vote. BBC will announce the six competing acts later this month.
Eurovision: You Decide was first used as the UK national selection in 2016. Joe and Jake were chosen to represent the UK at Eurovision in Stockholm, finishing 24th in the Grand Final with their song “You’re Not Alone”. Lucie Jones was chosen the following year with her song “Never Give Up On You”. She finished 15th in the Grand Final in Kyiv.
