JOWST, who represented Norway at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv, is best known as a music producer. Post-contest he has released a few remixes of Eurovision entries and other songs by his fellow Kyiv participants. The most successful is his version of Martina Barta’s entry for Czechia, “My Turn“.
He has also remixed Manel Navarro’s “Keep On Falling“, and today he released his own version of Nathan Trent’s “Good Vibes“.
Exciting news; “Good Vibes” and…what?
JOWST posted the following update on his facebook page last night;
“Tomorrow I got so much to share with you ❤️❤️ first awesome news is that I have a remix for @nathantrentmusic and his nice song Good Vibes, along with my buddy @are_n —- I hope you get them good vibes with it. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌”
There have been rumours that he’s returning to MGP again this year, and as we all know; the artists and songs for MGP are being announced today! Might this be part of the “so much” that he has to share with us? Said rumours hint at another partnership with Aleksander Walmann, with JOWST being the songwriter/producer and Aleksander performing the entry.
What do you think of JOWST’s remix of Nathan’s “Good Vibes”? And how would you feel about another JOWST/Walmann entry in MGP?
