Brendan Murray covers “Zombie” to honour Dolores O’Riordan

The world was in shock two days ago when Irish singer Dolores O’Riordan suddenly passed away, aged just 46. Tonight, Eurovision entrant Brendan Murray covered her biggest hit on YouTube.

“Zombie” – a classic

Dolores O’Riordan was the lead singer of the world famous group The Cranberries. In 1994, the group released their biggest hit “Zombie”. The song is still loved by many and fans were in shock when the singer unexpectedly passed away during a recording session in London on 15th January. She was aged just 46.
Eurovision 2017 entrant Brendan Murray has now covered the enormous hit Dolores O’Riordan had with her band. Added to the video, he released the following statement:

In memory of Dolores O’Riordan of The Cranberries​, I’ve covered her classic hit, Zombie. Her music will live on forever.
