Over the past few days, you have all been taking part in round four of Eurovision Prediction 2018. Following Christabelle’s victory in Malta and Zibbz’s victory in Switzerland, let’s see how these national final results affects our scoreboard!
Calculating your points!
As stated in the rules, our scoring system varies depending on what results are revealed during the broadcast. In both Malta and Switzerland, all of the competing entries were ranked on a live scoreboard. Therefore, in Malta, predicting winner Christabelle earned you 16 points (as 16 songs took part). If you predicted runners-up Richard & Joe, you will have earned 15 points. Third-placed Brooke would have earned you 14 points and so on.
The same system applies in Switzerland. Predicting winners Zibbz will have earned you 6 points. Alejandro will have earned you 5 points and so on.
Here is the scoreboard!
So what does this mean for the scoreboard? Following Malta, Joana became the only player to maintain a perfect record after being only one of a handful to correctly predict Christabelle’s victory. However, Joana’s prediction of Alejandro this evening meant that our last perfect record had come to an end. Nevertheless, Joana remains our leader with 58 points out of a possible 59 so far. Congratulations!
