Over the past few days, you have been taking part in round five of Eurovision Prediction 2018. Following SuRie’s victory in the United Kingdom this evening, let’s see how this result affects our scoreboard!
Calculating your points!
As stated in the rules, our scoring system varies depending on what results are revealed during the broadcast. In the United Kingdom, the BBC only chose to reveal the winning act live on air. Therefore, predicting any other act to win other than SuRie would earn you the minimum one point. Of course, correctly predicting SuRie earns you the maximum six!
Here is the scoreboard!
So what does this mean for the scoreboard? Well, only two people gain maximum points this round! Congratulations to Rhys and Tom S for getting a nice boost up our leaderboard! However, with Rhys and Tom currently not in contention at the top, there is no change with everyone else gaining that minimum one point.

Stay tuned for round six!
Thank you to everyone who took part in round five. As you can see a remarkable 184 of you have so far taken part in Eurovision Prediction 2018! Stay tuned for round six, which will be launched tomorrow. This time, you will be predicting who will represent Denmark and Italy in Lisbon! We hope that by tomorrow, there will be a resolution to the current drama surrounding favourites Ermal Meta and Fabrizio Moro.
Furthermore, we’d like to clarify that even if the Sanremo winner chooses not to represent Italy in Eurovision, this will not affect the points awarded for this national final… so treat it like any other!
