Svala, 41
Svala won Söngvakeppnin with a big margin in 2017 and therefore represented Iceland in Kyiv, Ukraine. She entered with her own song “Paper”, which she performed at the first semi final. Despite Iceland having big hopes for Svala, the song did not reach the grand final.
