Lithuania’s journey at Eurovision

The first Lithuanian entry at Eurovision goes back to 1994, when Ovidijus Vyšniauskas finished last, receiving the famous nul points. With 18 appearances at the contest, the best result of the baltic country remains to be the 6th place achieved by LT United in 2006.

Last year the group Fusedmarc won the national final and therefore the right to represent Lithuania with their song “Rain of Revolution”. Despite the enthusiastic performance, the group placed 17th in the second semifinal, achieving the second worst result for Lithuania since the introduction of the Semi-Finals.
