Ten years after performing at the Eurovision Song Contest for The Netherlands, Sieneke will take to the West End stage to bring a little touch of this year’s host nation to the London Eurovision Party with her 2010 entry “Ik ben verliefd (Sha-la-lie)”! Her appearance has been sponsored by OGAE UK who are one of the key partners of the London Eurovision Party each year.

Aged just 18 years old, Sieneke represented The Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in nearby Norway. “Ik ben verliefd (Sha-la-lie)” reached number 1 on the Dutch Top 100 charts but unfortunately failed to qualify to the Grand Final at Eurovision itself.
Talking about her upcoming trip to the heart of London’s West End, Sieneke highlights how passionate Eurovision fans in the UK are:
“I’m so excited about coming to perform at the brilliant Café de Paris for the London Eurovision Party, just a few weeks before my country has the honour of hosting this year’s Eurovision Song Contest! I’m so happy that my participation has been made possible thanks to OGAE UK, as I know that the UK’s Eurovision fans are always some of the most loyal, passionate and, most importantly, fun! I can’t wait to meet you all in London.”
