Tonight: Nine live shows, Montenegro decides for Lisbon

Tonight is the second Super Saturday of the Eurovision season as nine countries hold live shows, one of which chooses their entry for Lisbon.
Here is your guide to tonight’s shows


Ukraine: Vidbir – Semi 2

18:00 CET – UA:First, STB & Live Stream
The final semi final in Ukraine takes place tonight, with only three acts from nine qualifying to next week’s final. The qualifiers will be determined using a 50/50 split of jury votes and public televoting.
Tonight’s line up is as follows:

  1. Ingret – Save my planet
  2. Melovin – Under the ladder
  3. Julinova – Hto ya?
  4. Tayanna – Lelya
  5. Kadnay – Beat of the universe
  6. Yurcash – Stop killing love
  7. Mountain Breeze – I see you
  8. Illaria – Syla
  9. Dilemma – Na party

Slovenia: EMA – Semi

20:00 CET – TV Slovenija 1 & Live Stream
Slovenia kick start their selection tonight with the semi final of EMA 2018. In a mammoth show, 16 acts will perform with eight progressing to the grand final next Saturday. Four acts will progress via public vote while a further four will be determined by the use of a professional jury. The acts taking part tonight are:

  5. Indigo – Vesna
  6. KiNG FOO – Žive sanje

Sweden: Melodifestivalen – Heat 3

20:00 CET – SVT 1 & Live Stream
We’re at the halfway point in Sweden as tonight see’s the penultimate semi final of the competition. Seven acts take to the stage with the result determined solely by the Swedish public. The top two acts will progress to the final while a further two will qualify to the second chance round.

Lithuania: Eurovizija – Heat 6

20:00 CET – LRT HD, LRT Lituanica & Live Stream
It’s the last of the heats in Lithuania as the final twelve acts take to the stage with half of them progressing further.  The result is decided using a combination of jury and public voting.

Montenegro: Montevizija – Final

20:25 CET – RTCG 1, RTCG Sat & Live Stream
Most eyes will be on Montenegro this evening as they select their entry for Lisbon using 100% public phone voting to decide the outcome. The five finalists and their songs in contention are:

  1. Nina Petković – Dišem
  2. Vanja Radovanović – Inje
  3. Ivana Popović Martinović – Poljupci
  4. Katarina Bogićević – Neželjena
  5. Lorena Janković – Dušu mi daj

Latvia: Supernova 2018 – Semi 3

20:25 CET – LTV 1 & Live Stream
Meanwhile in Latvia, the third and final semi final takes place. Seven songs will compete but only two will progress to the grand final next week. The finalists will be chosen using a combination of jury and public vote.
The seven songs competing are:

  3. Katrine Lukins – Running Red Lights
  4. Lauris Valters – Lovers Bliss
  5. MIONIA – You

Estonia: Eesti Laul – Semi 2

20:35 CET – ETV & Live Stream
Estonia will hold the second semi final of Eesti Laul tonight as ten songs compete for five spots in the grand final. The outcome will be decided using a combination of votes from a jury panel and those collected from the public telephone vote.
The songs competing tonight are:

  2. Rolf Roosalu – Show a Little Love
  3. Frankie Animal – (Can’t Keep Calling) Misty
  4. Eliis Pärna & Gerli Padar – Sky

  7. Karl Kristjan & Karl Killing feat. Wateva – Young
  8. Metsakutsu – Koplifornia
  9. Girls in Pearls – Spellbound

Hungary: A Dal – Semi 2

20:35 CET – Duna TV & Live Stream
We are just one week away from the grand final of ‘A Dal’ but four entries are still required to make the line up complete. In the first round of voting, three qualifiers will be determined by the combination of scores from the jury and from those received from the viewer vote. In the second round of voting, the remaining six songs that were not in the initial top three will face a public vote in order to determine one additional qualifier.
The songs competing are:

Iceland: Söngvakeppnin – Semi 2

We have the penultimate live show in Iceland as six acts will battle for one of three spots in the grand final. The top three entries will be decided on a 100% public vote.
Tonight’s competing acts are:
