Next up, Romania is continuing their marathon run to find the right song for Lisbon. The bravest among you have survived no less than five semi-finals (with vastly varying quality) where the jury decided the final 15 songs lined up for tonight. The big favourite seems to be Feli with her summery bop “Royalty (Bună de iubit)”, but Jukebox feat. Bella Santiago are right on her tail with “Auzi cum bate”. Fans, who haven’t been pleased with the decisions made so far, can rest easy, the final outcome will be decided by the public and the public only. Below, you can see the running order:

  1. Rafael & Friends – We Are One
  2. TIRI – Deșert de sentimente
  3. Claudia Andas – The One
  4. Echoes – Mirror
  5. Dora Găitanovici – Fără tine
  6. Eduard Santha – Me som romales
  7. VYROS – La la la
  8. Feli – Royalty (Bună de iubit)
  9. Teodora Dinu – Fly
  10. M I H A I – Heaven
  11. Xandra – Try
  12. Jukebox feat. Bella Santiago – Auzi cum bate
  13. Alexia & Matei – Walking on Water
  14. Erminio Sinni & Tiziana Camelin – All the Love Away
  15. The Humans – Goodbye

🇵🇹Festival da Canção – Semi-Final

What: Festival da Canção – Semi-Final
When: 22:05-01:10 CET
How to watch: RTP & Alternate link

Lastly, we climb into our time machine and head on over to Portugal, where the search for the perfect host entry continues. Salvador’s victory left quite an impression on the contest, as anyone looking for dancers in skimpy outfits and deafening beats, might find themselves disappointed. However, fans of dreamy ballads and jazzy throwback have plenty to feast on. Last week the jury and televote differed quite a bit. Will they find a common act to root for this week? The exact running order is still unknown, but the acts competing tonight are:

  1. Cláudia Pascoal – O jardim
  2. Daniela Onis – Para lá do rio
  3. David Pessoa – Amor veloz
  4. Diogo Piçarra – Canção do fim
  5. Dora Fidalgo – Arco-íris
  6. Lili – O vôo das cegonhas
  7. Maria Inês Paris – Bandeira azul
  8. Minnie & Rhayra – Patati patata
  9. Peter Serrado – Sunset
  10. Rita Ruivo – Anda daí
  11. Susana Travassos – A mensageira
  12. Sequin – All Over Again
  13. Tamin – Sobre nós
