Save the date! Één has just revealed through their Facebook page the title of SENNEK’s song, as well as the release date. The Belgian entry will be revealed this Tuesday, 6th March.
It’s only… a matter of time!
After announcing their artist back in September, Belgium is finally releasing their song for Lisbon. SENNEK will perform ‘A Matter of Time’ in Lisbon. The song will be revealed this Tuesday, at 06:00 CET on the Belgian radio.

Who is SENNEK?
Laura Groeseneken, performing under the alias SENNEK, was selected internally by the Belgian broadcaster to represent her country in Lisbon. Since 2014, she started performing with Ozark Henry and together they have appeared at some of Belgium’s biggest festivals, such as Rock Werchter. In addition, she has worked on high-profile musical projects including the 50th anniversary celebrations of the James Bond franchise. Her work also includes writing music for the popular Belgian band Hooverphonic.
In order to introduce herself to the Eurovision world, the singer performed an English version of the 2017 winner ‘Amar pelos dois’.
Belgium at Eurovision
Belgium was among the first countries to debut in the contest during its very first contest. Since then, the country has won the competition on one occasion, in 1986. Despite their bumpy ride during the 2000s and most of the 2010s, the country has been on the right track during the past three years. In fact, the country found themselves in the top 10 for all three years. Therefore, SENNEK has big shoes to fill, with the expectations being high for her song.
