Yesterday on March 16th five Eurovision Stars had a birthday, one of them won the show with his group Lordi! Today however there is one powerful singer that has a birthday. She performed for her country Georgia in 2017. She was also a member of a group that was disqualified in 2009. Tamara Gachechiladze was born on this day!

Georgia selected the powerful singer Tamara, also called Tako, to go on their behalf to Ukraine in 2017. That is why she went on stage at first semi final and performed the song “Keep The Faith”. Even though she sang it well, the song did not get enough tele-votes to advance to the final. Tamara as taken part in the Georgian national selection few times. One time she was a part of the group, Stephane & 3G and sang “We Don’t Wanna Put In” and won the national final. This of course did go well with the hosting count Russia. Therefore they either had to change the lyrics or withdrew from the contest. They chose the second option.
