Tamara at the Eurovision Song Contest

Before participating by herself in 2017, Tamara has competed to try and represent Georgia in the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2008 she competed by herself with the song “Me and My Funky’ which placed 10th and as part of 3G with the song “I’m Free” which placed 4th.
In 2009, Tamara tried to represent Georgia once again as part of Stephane & 3G with the song “We Don’t Want to Put In“. Unfortunately, this did not go very well with the EBU and Georgia withdrew in 2009.
Eventually, Tamara got her chance to represent Georgia at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2017 with her song “Keep The Faith”. Unfortunately, despite giving a great performance, she marginally failed to qualify. She placed 11th in her Semi-Final with 99 Points.
