“Husavik” shortlisted for the Best Original Song at 93rd Oscars

“Husavik” from the film Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga is one of the 15 shortlisted songs on the category of the Best Original Song at the 93rd Oscars.

The nominations for the category will be revealed on Monday, March 15. The 93rd Oscars will be held on Sunday, April 25.

The song is composed by Atli Örvarsson and the lyrics are written by Fat Max Gsus, Rickard Göransson and Savan Kotecha. The song is performed by Will Ferrell and Molly Sandén, under the stage name My Marianne.

Earlier the song received a nomination at the Critics’ Choice Awards for the Best Song. The soundtrack of the movie also got nominated at the Grammys for the Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media. The movie was also nominated for two People’s Choice Awards.

    How she hits and holds that final note has to be heard to believed
