Eurovision 2019 televote winners KEiiNO has gone from strength to strength since participating at last year’s Eurovision Song Contest. With the recent release of their debut album ‘OKTA’, the supergroup has now confirmed that they will be releasing a cover of Whitney Houston’s ‘I Wanna Dance with Somebody’ for Global Pride 2020.
KEiiNO is calling all dancers!!
As part of the release, KEiiNO has confirmed there will be a video for the cover. The group has called for dancers to submit videos. If you’re interested, you have to hurry as you haven’t got long. You are able to find the requirements below:
- Dance to any part of the playback, minimum 4-bar (about 9 seconds)
- Film yourself preferrably in landscape-mode (16:9) in a well-lit room or outdoors in the best possible resolution and send a downloadable link to [email protected] lately by June 8th.

The music video of KEiiNO’s version of ‘I Wanna Dance with Somebody’ will premiere during Global Pride on the 27th June.
KEiiNO at the Eurovision Song Contest
Norway selected KEiiNO through their national selection ‘Melodi Grand Prix’ to represent them in Tel Aviv with their song ‘Spirit in the Sky’
In Tel Aviv, KEiiNO managed to bring Norway to the Grand Final for a third consecutive year. The group managed to win the popular vote and placed sixth overall in the competition with 331 Points.
