FYR Macedonia have confirmed participation for Eurovision 2019. The Balkan nation will be sending an artist and song to Tel Aviv in Israel.
Macedonian broadcaster MRT have confirmed the participation, but no further details have been released. The country has internally selected their entry for the last three years, but have also used national finals in the past.
The list of participating is continuing to grow, with up to 30 confirmed and more to come in the next few months.
FYR Macedonia in Eurovision 2018
FYR Macedonia was initially not in the lineup for Eurovision 2018, however in the last moments the EBU announced the country as part of the final lineup of participants for Lisbon.
Eye Cue were internally selected to represent FYR Macedonia with their song “Lost & Found”. The song was popular with fans in the lead up to the contest but it did not translate to a place in the Grand Final.
