MyHeritage announced as Presenting Partner of Eurovision 2019

MyHeritage, the leading global family history and DNA company was announced as the official Presenting Partner for the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2019. The EBU announced, that the company will be the main sponsor for Tel Aviv!

MyHeritage has a collection of over 9 billion historical records as a result of over 80 million user. Via the MyHeritage DNA test, it’s possible to discover the history of your family. The company will work closely with the EBU to create content throughout the whole year. Therefore we’ll get to know yet unknown connections between Eurovision winners, participants and fans.

MyHeritage was found in 2003 in Tel Aviv, Israel. The service is available in over 42 languages since 2015.

The EBU still has to announce what their concrete plans with their main sponsor are. Moreover, having MyHeritage as the partner for the Eurovision Song Contest seems like an interesting choice. We are sure, they will come up with some great and interesting ideas.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2019 will take place in Tel Aviv with the semi-finals on the 14th and 16th May and the Grand Final on the 18th May 2019. Stay tuned for more news about the upcoming Eurovision season and never miss the latest news.

Hey, I'm Dominik from Germany. Watched my first Eurovision in 2003 and I was in love right away! Attended my first contest in 2011 and every contest since 2013. The same happened with Melodifestivalen. Started watching in 2006 and been to every final since 2017 and try to make it to at least one heat each year, too. After all, Melodifestivalen is the real deal ♥
