New Music Friday includes new tracks by JOWST, Yianna Terzi & Oscar Zia

It’s Friday, we are one step closer to the weekend and with it comes another dose of fresh music.  This week’s New Music Friday is here for you to feast your ears on!   Ready to get started?

JOWST – Roller Coaster Ride (feat. Manel Navarro and Maria Celin)

Following on from last year’s collaboration with Kristian Kostov, we were so excited to hear that JOWST was collaborating with yet another Eurovision 2017 participant.  Spain’s Manel Navarro lends his vocals along with The Voice Norway finalist Maria Celin in new single Roller Coaster Ride.  The track is a healthy blend of Dance & Dubstep which most certainly gets our approval.

Timebelle – Tocame (feat Sunstroke Project)

Timebellers and Substrokers come together as we are treated to yet another Eurovision 2017 collaboration. Summer may be long gone but Moldova’s Sunstroke Project and Switzerland’s Timebelle keep the fire burning with an absolute banger in new single Tocame.   Of course, it wouldn’t be a Sunstroke song without the inclusion of a trumpet!

Guy Sebastian – Before I Go

It’s been just over a year since we last heard from Guy Sebastian, so we were very pleased to hear something new from Australia’s first ever Eurovision participant.  Before I Go is the first single to be taken from his upcoming eleventh studio album, scheduled for release in the new year. The song delivers an important message, tackling self belief and the need to take control of your own destiny.   We love a song with a good message so this one definitely gets our support.

Oscar Zia – Din

Oscar Zia is known to many for narrowly missing out to Frans in the final of Melodifestivalen 2016, with his anthemic song Human.  Today, he releases a new seven track Swedish driven EP titled ‘Din‘.  The title track features an intriguing melody that builds up to a strong, appealing chorus.

Carola – Let It In

The next artist to grace this week’s New Music Friday is 2006 Swedish participant Carola.  The Melodifestivalen goddess has returned with new self written single Let It In.  The song is choir driven and maintains the Carola sound that we know her fans will no doubt love to hear again!

Ira Losco – Hey Now

Yesterday, Ira Losco dropped the music video for new single Hey Now. The 2016 Maltese representative performs the reggaeton track in a vibrant, colourful clip, directed by Steven Levi Vella.  The single is the fifth to be taken from her new double album titled No Sinner No Saint.

Elena Risteska – Snage za kraj

Elena Risteska is back with new music! The Macedonian pop queen, who represented the country in 2006 with the ethnic number Ninanajna, returns with new single Snage za kraj. Read all about it in our article below.

Emma Marrone – Mondiale

Italy’s Emma Marrone is back on the scene with new single Mondiale.  Emma’s vocals shine through in the big emotional ballad, which translates as World. The La mia città singer is expected to release a new album in the new year.

Yianna Terzi – Karma

Greece’s 2018 representative delivers an anti-bullying message in new single Karma. The track was written by herself and Teo Pousbouris (who himself represented the country at the 2014 contest as part of boyband Freaky Fortune).
