Did you hear? Eurovision tidbits, week 44

Is Alma teasing a return to the contest…or just having fun?

It’s most probably the latter, but it would be a dream come true for a lot of fans. I normally prefer new artists to returning ones, but this is one return I would applaud! Alma’s wonderful song, voice and performance in Kyiv last year is still one of my favorites, and I would love to see her return to the Eurovision stage. I also enjoy her Instagram a lot, however, so if it’s just a bit of fun, that’s alright too.

Daniel honors Tose

During the big rememberance concert that doubled as a “release concert” for the new Tose Proeski album, a lot of Macedonian artists performed Tose’s music. One former Eurovision artist who honored Tose with a couple of performances was Daniel Kajmakoski. He performed both “The Hardest Thing”, from Tose’s first English language album, and “Krajnje Vrijeme” from the new album.

That’s it for this week. Make sure you come back for another dose of not so very breaking news from all corners of the Euroverse next Sunday!

    1. Yes, yes, yes …. I would love if Norway returns to Junior Eurovision.
    2. No, I don’t think with such a performance and song they will have a chance of winning in Minsk. JESC is now on a higher level with the songs ….BUT ….the song “Forandring” is good for a place 9 – 13 (in the top 21 songs – inkl. Norway). Look at France (returning with such a good song) or Kazakhstan (debut and on top of all votes). Norway has the power to slay in Junior Eurovision too and on YouTube there are a lot of skandinavian fans supporting the JESC ………so Norway – please come back to the Junior Eurovision. Select your song / singer with MGPjr and send your winner to JESC ♥♥♥
