Here in Minsk, Belarus, the remaining ten countries took to the stage for their first rehearsals. So what have you missed? Here’s our handy recap giving you all the highlights from the Minsk Arena!
Putting the finishing touches onto the performances
Rehearsals are now going to schedule here at Minsk Arena, so the countries from day 1 performed again today – but this time in reverse alphabetical order from Israel through to Albania.
You can see the remainder of the rehearsal schedule here:
Israel – Noam Dadon
This is the archetypal Israeli male ballad. Everything we expected from Israel in the presentation of this entry was given to us. It’s classy, capably performed and beautifully staged.
Ireland – Taylor Hynes
Taylor’s performance is full of energy, colour and joy – and we absolutely love it. They’ve tweaked the colours and they’ve also made some subtle, perfect, changes to the visual presentation of their dance break in the middle eight.
Georgia – Tamar Edilashivili
The camera shots now show all the words on the back screens during the Georgian performance, which is great news for the viewers at home. The traffic on the screen now looks really good too, we’re so impressed with what Georgia have done today building on an already impressive first rehearsal.
