The EBU’s head of live events, Jon Ola Sand, has spoken of today’s announcement, expressing his delight at the news.

We are delighted to announce Poland as our Host Country, and TVP as our Host Broadcaster, for Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019 and once again congratulate Roksana Węgiel on her spectacular winning performance at this year’s Contest. It is always exciting to bring the event to a new Host Country for the first time, and we look forward to seeing TVP’s vision for Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019 come to life over the forthcoming year.”

My first memory of watching the Eurovision Song Contest was back in 2001 and, over the years, my passion and enthusiasm for the contest has very much turned into an obsession. I adore music and I love geography, so this contest is a natural fit for me. If la la loving Eurovision was a crime, I'd certainly be a criminal!

We are so happy Poland finally won and can host Junior Eurovision 2019 – I think the best place according to how big is town and arena for contest could be : Cracow, Glliwice or Katowice !! All these towns have great arena for contest , but Cracow is the most known abroad – so thats the question what is the best choice ?????
