Toy Music Video reaches 100 Million Views on YouTube

Eurovision Song Contest winner Netta has broken another record with ‘Toy’. Before even reaching the competition in Lisbon this year, her entry became the most streamed song in Israel. But now, her entry ‘Toy’ has reached over 100 Million views on the official Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel. This makes her the first artist to achieve this feat on the channel.

Congratulations all round

As soon as the 2018 winner achieved this feat, congratulations have poured all over social media, with the Eurovision Song Contest official account itself congratulating her on this feat.

In addition to the support she has recieved, Netta expressed her gratitude and thanks for all the support that she has receieved. Whether this was through watching the official music video on the Youtube page or streaming her entry through Spotify.

Israel selected Netta to be their representative and internally selected the song “Toy” for her. Netta headed into the competition as the bookies favorite to win the entire competition. 

In Lisbon, Netta managed to bring Israel to the Grand Final for the fourth time, as she won her semi-final and managed to give Israel it’s fourth win, with Israel set to host the 2019 contest in Tel Aviv.
