#7 – Poli Genova – If Love Was a Crime (Bulgaria 2016)
This is how you make a comeback, and get your revenge for not qualifying in your first go!!!. They will never break us down!!!!!. This is another guilty pleasure of mine. When Bulgaria returned with this, it shows how much work they have put in and they definitely deserved that placing.
#6 – Aminata – Love Injected (Latvia 2015)
Best Latvian entry in the Eurovision Song Contest. This song is ahead of its time and it should have been a winner. This is the year when Latvia finally upped their game and show how much they wanted to improve their abysmal performance in the contest. Love Injected is unique in its own right and Aminata has certainly set the bar high for Supernova entries in terms of quality.
#5 – Dami Im – Sound of Silence (Australia 2016)
The only time I think Australia deserved the win, and should have won the whole thing (I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this). Dami showed charisma in her performance and can feel the emotion she shows when she is on the stage. When she hit the high note near the end, I get goosebumps every time I hear it. I hope she comes back in the near future and get that trophy.
