Did you hear? Eurovision tidbits, week 51

So, it's Monday, meaning the tidbits are one day late. But that is on purpose. I promise. I just wanted to give you an excuse to sit down and relax for a bit, in the middle of the last Christmas preparations. We all sometimes need an excuse to slow down a bit, and here I (and Santa ) bring you yours. Merry Christmas, my lovelies! Stefanía's baby boy has arrived! The last tidbit last week, was an update on Stefanía's seemingly never ending pregnancy. Franka's homemade Christmas presents Franka has finished decorating her Christmas tree, and she is obviously gifting a lot of people her new album! Tanja Mihhailova is apparently one of us. A person who loves Christmas, that is. This is definitely going all in! However; I'm sure I'm not the only person who look at what Lindita has done and have trouble finding words to express my admiration for the job she's done. #massiveinspiration Amir goes on tour - again! Having just finished his December tour, he wasted no time releasing the dates of the next one! He will be covering most of France in early spring; starting in Cean on the 26th of February and finishing in Montpellier on April 7th. Four Eurovision singers; Björgvin (Bo) Halldórsson, Svala, Selma and Jóhanna and another four Söngvakeppnin entrants; Gissur Páll, Daði Freyr, Friðrik Dór and Dagur. It was a wonderful show, and if you ever go to Reykjavík just before Christmas; this is an annual thing, so make sure you see if you're lucky! Last night, however, they celebrated "Little Christmas eve", as the night of December 23rd is called up here in the cold north. Now it's time to start my own Christmas preparations. There is food to prepare (vegetarian Christmas goodies), cookies to bake, presents to wrap, clothes to iron...and we need to go out into the woods to chop down a tree...oh, thats right; I'm in Iceland, not Norway. No woods here! Oh well, perhaps Santa will bring us a tree? Merry Christmas, everybody! I hope you'll spend a wonderful Christmas eve/morning with just the people you want to be with.
