Finland at Eurovision Song Contest
Finland changed their national selection format in 2012. Since then, the country has qualified to the final three times, in 2013, 2014 and most recently in 2018.
Their best result ever came with Lordi in 2006, when the country won the contest after taking part over 40 yers. The country has also finished last eight times.
Saara Aalto represented Finland last year in Lisbon with “Monsters”. She qualified to the final after placing 10th in the first semifinal and eventually finished 25th in the grand final.
