LISTEN: Westlife release comeback single “Hello My Love” (including first reactions)

Today, Nicky Byrne and his colleagues from Westlife started into their new era by releasing not just the first single from their new album, but also the first single in over eight years. The song is already going very strong in the download charts and was written by a world star!

Westlife new single hits No. 1 in several countries

Later this year Westlife will tour their sold-out “Twenty Tour”. Before that, they also wanna release a new album. “Hello My Love” is the first single from this new album. 12 hours after it’s release, the song already entered the Top 10 in 20 different countries on iTunes including the UK, Ireland, Sweden & Germany. In the UK alone it was just a matter of minutes, till the song made it to the Top and sold almost 7000 copies since then! The song also debuted at No. 5 of the worldwide iTunes charts.

The song was written by one of the worlds biggest stars at the moment! Steve Mac, who also produced the track, wrote it together with Ed Sheeran. It is, therefore, no surprise, that the song is already celebrating a huge success. The song fits perfect to Westlife and they sure know how to make a song their own.
