Vienna 2015

Mime mig i Gamla Stan

During the final of Melodifestivalen last Saturday there was definitely miming during the performance of ‘Möt mig i Gamla Stan‘. But it was definitely not by Magnus Carlsson, but rather by the man in charge of giving the sign language performance for the deaf.
Tommy Krångh has become a social media sensation due to his performance of Carlsson’s entry during the final. His video has already had over 5 million youtube hits and there are demands that he is sent to Vienna.
Krångh has said that

My world has been turned upside down. I am thrilled and happy; there has been so much love from the internet

Tommy also did the sign language version of the winning song, Måns Zelmerlöw‘s ‘Heroes‘, which he described as very difficult given the English metaphors of the song. In the past, Krångh had also done ‘Mystery‘, the song with which Dead By April reached the Melodifestivalen final in 2012.
