In 2019 we’ll get four hosts again who will guide us through the shows of the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv. Bar Refaeli, Erez Tal, Assi Azar & Lucy Ayoub are the names you’ll see and hear in May. Israeli host broadcaster KAN and the EBU revealed the news today.
The hosts
Bar Refaeli
Bar is an Israeli supermodel, television host, actress, and businesswoman. She created her own model casting show Million Dollar Shooting Star in 2012 and hosted several shows including the Israeli version of X Factor in 2013! She has almost three million followers on her Instagram.
Erez Tal
Erez is an Israeli actor and television host. He has several years of experience of developing, producing and hosting a number of prime time hits. He was the commentator for Israel in 2018, the first person providing a Eurovision TV commentary for Israel since 1995.
Assi Azar
Assi is an Israeli television personality. He co-hosts Big Brother – Israel with Erez Tal until 2015 and The Next Star with Rotem Sela. In 2009, he was listed among the most 100 influential gay people in the world by OUT Magazine. He married his boyfriend in 2016.
Lucy Ayoub
Lucy is an influential YouTuber over the past years. As a new talent she also became a well known TV host and presented the Israeli jury votes in the 2018 contest.
These are our four hosts who will present this year’s Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv. The semi-finals will take place on May 14th and 16th with the grand final on May 18th.
