ERT revealed that their entry for the Eurovision Song Contest will be announced unexpectedly tomorrow. Already before that, OGAE Greece broke the news about the announcement. Naturally, this means we’ll get both, artist and song by tomorrow.
Greece to reveil their Eurovision entry
The Greek broadcaster ERT now announced in a Facebook message, that they are going to publish the news about the Greek participant for the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2019 tomorrow. This usually means that we’re getting the artist and the song already this Thursday. Before ERTs message, the Greek OGAE already found out and published the news about the announcement.
The road so far
Before we get the Greek entry by tomorrow, already many rumours filled the news, about who will represent Greece in the upcoming contest. Before Tamta was announced as the artist for Cyprus, she was also seen having talks with ERT. Katerine Duska and Nikos Ganos both already were rumoured to be the entry for Greece so far. Tomorrow we’ll find out who is it in 2019!
In 2018 Greece was represented by Yianna Terzi and her song “Oniro mou”. She finished in 14th place in the semi-final with 81 points and therefore sadly failed to qualify for the final of Lisbon.
