The winner of Montevizija has been determined! Through a two round of voting and a mini duel of the two best scoring acts with the juries and the televote, D-Moll with “Heaven”came out triumphant.
The results from the first round of voting concluded that both Ivana Popovic Marinovic with “Nevinost” and D-Moll with “Heaven” both came out victorious through three juries and the public vote.

The jury vote in the first round consisted of the radio members of RTCG, a panel of experts in RTCG and the international jury with some familiar faces. Ruslana, Andras Kallay Saunders, Lea Sirk, Ira Losco, Jovan Radovan and Eldar Gherasimv.
D-Moll managed to top both the jury vote and the public vote in the first round of votes. Their winning streak has proven to be successful as they won the entire competition overall through the second round of voting.
Both Ivana and D-Mol proceeded their journey in the second round where the decision was down to the public.
Having only 15 minutes to make up their mind and a maximum of ten votes Montenegro has spoken and they chose D-Moll with “Heaven” as their representative in Tel Aviv.
Also congratulations to the fan from Podgorica who managed to win the SMS code game and earned himself a trip to Tel Aviv for Eurovision.
