RESULTS: Take a look at the leaderboard after round 5 of Eurovision Prediction 2019!

Four points may not sound a lot... but they make a big difference!

Over the past couple of days, you have been taking part in round five of Eurovision Prediction 2019! This time, it was your task to predict who you thought would win the national final in Israel. Let’s see how the results have affected our leaderboard!

Calculating your points!

As stated in the rules, when full rankings of the participating entries are revealed during the live broadcast, we use the full extent of our scoring system. Despite using two rounds, we received a definitive ranking of all four contestants.

Therefore, predicting the winning artist earns you 4 points. Predicting the runner-up earns you 1 point less than the maximum and so on!

Here is the scoreboard!

Danyal and James M stay at the top of our leaderboard for a second consecutive round! But gaining on them is ESCXTRA’s Natalie W who moves to within one point of the leaders. Correct answers from Anthony K, Arianna, Costa, Jon Z and Kjet T ensure these players all move inside the top 10. Congratulations!

So, see where you stand and have a look at the scoreboard below in all of its glory!

A massive thank you to the record-breaking 293 players that have taken part in this year’s competition so far. Stay tuned for round 6, which will open later today. This time, you will need to predict the winners of the national finals in Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia and Romania!

Ryan Cobb

My first memory of watching the Eurovision Song Contest was back in 2001 and, over the years, my passion and enthusiasm for the contest has very much turned into an obsession. I adore music and I love geography, so this contest is a natural fit for me. If la la loving Eurovision was a crime, I'd certainly be a criminal!
