After two semi-finals with both the public vote and a jury made if people from the Estonian music industry, the Estonian broadcaster ERR now revealed, that for the first time since the beginning of Eesti Laul, the jury for the final will be made up of only international members.

In that it will be down to only the public to decide the winner of Eesti Laul und the respresentive of Estonia in the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2019.
The running order for the final:
- Sissi – “Strong”
- Lumevärv ft. INGA – “Milline päev”
- Victor Crone – Storm
- Kerli Kivilaan – “Cold Love”
