The 2019 Spanish representative filmed the video for his entry in San Cugat (Barcelona) earlier this week. The video for Miki’s entry is directed by Adrià Pujol and Fèlix Cortés.
A lot of colour, a party and a positive message
During behind the filming, Miki has mentioned how the video will be a combination of colour, party, dancing, funny and with a message of joy.
In addition to this, Miki has also acknowledged the magnitude of filming of the music video for La Venda and has described it as a fantastic experience as is the first time that he has filmed a music video.

Speaking during behind the scenes of the filming of ‘La Venda’, one of the directors,
“The concept of the video is for people to take off their bandages, to go out and enjoy themselves, to be infected by the illusion and to realize that life is beautiful”

In addition to this, the directors also expressed how amazing it is to work with Miki, even though this is the first music video that he has ever filmed:
“It’s been fun to work with Miki, it’s very easy, he does what you ask him, and he proposes what he wants. We wanted him to be comfortable, it’s his video clip and when someone is cool and sings like he does it really transmits”

Miki to undertake a promotional tour
In addition to filming the music video for his Eurovision entry, it has been confirmed that he will be undertaking a promotional tour of his entry this year.
The first event that Miki will be going to is the annual Melodifestivalen Pre-Party, which is taking place on March 8. This pre-party event takes place every year, the night before the Grand Final of Sweden’s Melodifestivalen. You can find more information about the event here.
Miki has also been confirmed for a couple of the pre-parties taking place so far. He has been confirmed for Amsterdam’s Eurovision in Concert, you can find more information about the event here.
In addition to the two events, Miki will also be promoting his entry on home turf as he was the first confirmed act for this year Madrid’s ESPreParty due to take place in late April.
