The BBC may have had a song-off for “Bigger Than Us” at Eurovision: You Decide to determine which entry went forward to the public vote, but we’ve decided to have BOTH artists at the London Eurovision Party 2019 – yes, Holly Tandy will make the mighty journey down from Yorkshire to London to perform in front of the crowd at Café de Paris!
Former X Factor star gives it her all for Eurovision ticket
Former contestant on The X Factor, finishing in 7th place in 2017, Holly Tandy was selected as one of the candidates to perform an entry in the United Kingdom’s Eurovision: You Decide selection show in 2019.
Despite being given warm responses from the jury, they eventually selected Michael Rice’s version of “Bigger Than Us” in a close-run song-off, but Holly can certainly be proud of her excellent performance.
Michael went onto win the United Kingdom’s ticket to Eurovision in Tel Aviv, Israel and is the headline act for the event taking place in the heart of London on Sunday 14th April.
Last few tickets available now!
The last few tickets for the show are still available and can be purchased online here. As always, the event will be a sell out with any tickets currently held for production being released two weeks before the event.
Holly Tandy is the sixth artist confirmed to perform at the London Eurovision Party 2019 after Michael Rice from the United Kingdom – our headline act – Miki from Spain, SuRie who represented the United Kingdom in 2018, Eliot from Belgium and Lake Malawi from the Czech Republic joined the line-up already.
