The Swedish broadcaster SVT has released the full results for Melodifestivalen 2019. They show that the new way to count the votes made some difference in the results.
Deltävling 1
Wiktoria won the first semifinal with 90 points, making this the third time she won the semifinal she competed in. Five out of eight groups ranked her the best.
Mohombi was the second qualifier from the first semifinal. He got 68 points, but wasn’t the favourite of any of the groups. Anna Bergendahl was the favourite of two age groups, 45-59-year-olds and 60-74-year-olds. She also got the most televotes. However, after placing second-to-last with two of the youngest age groups, she got only 60 points in total.
Nano finished fourth with 54 points and got the second place in andra chansen ahead of Zeana feat. Anis Don Demina, who got 38 points.
Deltävling 2
Hanna Ferm & LIAMOO got the highest points across all four semifinals. In total they got 94 points out of the maximum 96. Only one age group, 3 to 9 year-olds, didn’t rank them first.
Malou Prytz got 76 points in total, including 12 points from the youngest age group. Andreas Johnson and Vlad Reiser both got 52 points and qualified to the andra chansen.
Oscar Enestad and Jan Malmsjö both got 15 points from the audience. Although Oscar received more votes in total, Jan finished higher after getting higher individual set of points. This came from the age group of 75+, who placed him fourth. Oscar’s highest place was fifth with the 10 to 15-year-olds.
