With the fuego across Europe showing no signs of relenting, Eleni Foureira is ready to take on the world with the release of new song ‘Sirens’, collaborating with Snoop Dogg and KAAN.
A ‘Sirens’ song
Always breaking new ground. From becoming Greece’s biggest star to acheiving Cyprus’ best ever Eurovision finish with 2nd place. Now Eleni Foureira has announced a global release with rap royalty, working with Snoop Dogg and KAAN. New single ‘Sirens’ was revealed by Eleni herself on social media. This is a remake of the classic 1983 hit by the Eurythmics ‘Sweet Dreams (Are Made of These)’. What makes this even more surprising, is that this is the first time the Eurythmics have given permission for another act to sample the song.
I am so honoured and excited to finally announce that I will be collaborating with KAAN and the legend Snoop Dogg on the song “Sirens”. This is a project we’ve been working on for so long and soon we get to share it with you. Official Release date coming soon.

Set your alarms ready for next week’s New Music Friday. As soon has been confirmed to be 5th April for the worldwide release of ‘Sirens’.
Snoop Dogg and KAAN
Headlining this global collaboration is world famous rapper, producer and actor, Snoop Dogg. Snoop came to prominence in 1993 with debut album Doggystyle and was a driving force in bringing rap and hip-hop into pop culture and mainstream media. With over 37 million worldwide albums sold and a 16th album I Wanna Thank Me due to be released in May. Having worked with every major artist from around the world and Eleni’s past work with global stars such as J Balvin on ‘Tranquila‘. Then it should be no surprise Snoop and Eleni have finally teamed up. However this isn’t his first partnership with a Eurovision artist. Another act from the 2018 contest, Jessica Mauboy also collaborated with Snoop on her urban bop ‘Get ‘Em Girls’.
KAAN real name Kaan Gulsoy became a household name in 2010 for his English rap performances on Turkey’s Got Talent. Since then he’s turning his rhymes to hits working with leading names in the Turkish music scene, such as former Eurovision 2009 star Hadise on a remix of her song ‘Biz Burdayiz‘. As well as chart-topping American rap recording artist Mario Winans on ‘These Girls‘. Most recently KAAN collaborated with local artist Ceza on ‘Mind Right’. A mixed Turkish and English hip-hop track expressing the path to being successful – which has worked if the upcoming release of ‘Sirens’ is any indication!
