The Italian broadcaster has announced their dates for the 2024 national selection.
Sanremo is arguably one of the biggest national finals in Eurovision. Taking place over several nights and featuring several talented artists, it’s one of the shows watched by most Eurovision fans. And now, Rai has announced the 2024 dates.
According to sources, the Sanremo festival will take place from February 6th to February 10th. That means four evenings of music and excitement! Last year, the contest was won by Marco Mengoni who represented Italy in Eurovision with “Due Vite” You can see his performance right here:
Sanremo Giovani
Asides from the “big” competition, Italy holds a show every year celebrating upcoming Italian artists. This show is called Sanremo Giovani, and the three best acts will perform in Sanremo and have a chance at representing Italy at Eurovision.
