ESCXTRA.com are live in Israel at the Expo Tel Aviv press centre for day 1 of rehearsals ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest 2019! The countries rehearsing today, in chronological order, are Cyprus, Montenegro, Finland, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Belarus and Serbia.

Rehearsing right now inside the Expo Tel Aviv is ZENA, performing “Like It” for Belarus. We will continue to update this article as each run through takes place, so make sure to keep refreshing for the most up-to-date review!
As with the other countries we have seen on stage today, ZENA has completely overhauled her performance from the Belorussian national final.
In the beginning of the performance, we see ZENA sitting on top of some backstage music equipment boxes. We see her wearing a multi-coloured top and shorts, accompanied with a white knee length boots.
When we get to the chorus, we get a different set of choreography, accompanied by some LED visuals on the background, it’s looking likely that the performance will be accompanied by some pink smoke pyrotechnics.
ZENA has been very careful with using up her vocals. In the first run-through she did not do the high note, but in the second run through she moderate how high the note was (this is probably to avoid over-usage before the Semi-Finals start.)
