ESCXTRA.com are live in Israel at the Expo Tel Aviv press centre for day 3 of rehearsals ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest 2019! The countries rehearsing today, in chronological order, are Armenia, Ireland, Moldova, Switzerland, Latvia, Romania, Denmark, Sweden and Austria.

Note: Both Latvia & Moldova and Austria & Sweden have swapped places in today’s rehearsal running order.

Below, you’ll see our written review of each rehearsal. If you want more, you can follow our live stream from the press centre at the Expo Tel Aviv by visiting our home page. There, you can watch our immediate reactions to every single rehearsal.

Furthermore, read our handy guide for a more detailed look at this contest’s rehearsal schedule.

Rehearsing right now inside the Expo Tel Aviv is Anna Odobescu, performing “Stay” for Moldova. We will continue to update this article as each run through takes place, so make sure to keep refreshing for the most up-to-date review!

For the first run the whole performance was filmed with only one camera, but that seemed to be just a technical issue. The next two runs showed more camera angles.

The main focus is on the sand art that is being done live. The sand artist works on a table, that also has couple of candles and a rose in a bird cage. In the end, the sand artist frees the rose and places it on top of the sand art. There is some interaction between Anna and the sand artist as well.

Vocally Anna is on point. She is wearing white dress, that looks a bit like a wedding dress.

Stay tuned for our reviews for the rest of today’s rehearsals here at the Expo Tel Aviv.
