ESCXTRA.com are live in Israel at the Expo Tel Aviv press centre for day 6 of rehearsals ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest 2019! The countries rehearsing today, in chronological order, are Cyprus, Montenegro, Finland, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Belarus, Serbia, Belgium, Georgia, Australia, Iceland, Estonia and Portugal.

Rehearsing right now inside the Expo Tel Aviv is Tulia, performing “

And now here is what we’ve noticed in today’s second rehearsal:
After an initial teething issues with camera which halted the first run through this morning, Tulia have really nailed down their cameras. Most importantly, their choreography is now in sync, and they do seem more confident performing it now rather than looking at each other for reassurance.
The vocal mix has been significantly tweaked which gives the live audio a closer feel to the wall of sound created by the studio version. The veils may be a mistake in temporarily removing connection to the audience at home, but it is only for around 10 seconds.
