ESCXTRA.com are live in Israel at the Expo Tel Aviv press centre for day 6 of rehearsals ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest 2019! The countries rehearsing today, in chronological order, are Cyprus, Montenegro, Finland, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Belarus, Serbia, Belgium, Georgia, Australia, Iceland, Estonia and Portugal.

Rehearsing right now inside the Expo Tel Aviv is Nevena Božović, performing “Kruna” for Serbia. We will continue to update this article as each run through takes place, so make sure to keep refreshing for the most up-to-date review!

And now here is what we’ve noticed in today’s second rehearsal:

The big change here is that the graphic overlay we saw a glimpse of in Serbia’s first rehearsal has been developed. At the end of the first chorus, an on screen swirl appears from the LED floor and travels up Nevena’s dress. It’s extremely effective and adds to this flawless performance.

This is a classic Balkan ballad, delivered with a modern twist. This is surely a likely qualifier on Tuesday.
