With the Grand Final less than one week away, we’ve comprised a list of the spokespeople that have been announced so far. They will each be revealing the country that received the 12 points from their respective national juries.
As the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 approaches, more and more broadcasters have been announcing their spokespeople. The role of the spokespeople is to appear in the voting sequence to reveal which entry the national juries have given their 12 points to. Previously, prior to the change in the voting system back in 2016, the spokespeople announced the top 10 of each country (televote and jury vote together).
Here is the list of the 23 spokespeople that have been announced so far:

Of course, it is not uncommon for former representatives returning to the contest in following years as spokespeople. Last year, the Grand Final in Lisbon featured a number of former artists in its voting sequence. Here are the names of the former participants who are returning as spokespeople this year:
