RTSH have officially announced that Albania will participate at next year’s contest.

Luxembourg say ‘No’ to return in 2020

National broadcaster RTL confirmed to fellow Eurovision website ESCToday that they have no plans to return to the contest and thus would not be making a return next year.

Opera singer Melani Garcia will represent Spain in Junior Eurovision 2019
