Hadise – ‘Geliyorum Yanina’
It’s been a decade since ‘Dum Tek Tek’ blessed the Moscow stage and Turkey’s answer to Shakira had us all hip shaking. Hadise has been a powerhouse of Turkic bangers ever since, as well as lending a hand to her native Belgium for their Eurovision selection back in 2016. Eventual entrant Laura Tesoro even performed Hadise’ signature hit during the process! Now Hadise comes with ‘Geliyorum Yanina’ aptly titled in English, ‘I’m Coming Next’. That she is! The song is a feel good anthem bringing together elements of the 80s electronics and disco beats mixed into the familiar sound of the Turkish Summer.
The clip for the song was filmed over 33 hours with the help of 70 volunteers and will be premiered at Hadise’ Harbiye Open Air concert. She had this to say about the release on social media:
I’m coming to you now on all digital platforms. My dear friends Gülşen and Ozan worked day and night for the song. It’s a great feeling to meet again in a song after years! From the lyrics to the instrument we decided together, and finally we finished our song by shooting the clip. It’s hard to turn up the music and dance until morning!
