This is not the first time that Victor Crone has participated in Melodifestivalen. In 2015, Victor participated alongside Behrang Miri with the song “Det rår vi inte för” (We Can’t Help It). However, they both failed to make it past the Second Chance round.

Despite not making it further in Melodifestivalen, Victor participated in this year’s Eesti Laul in Estonia, where he managed to win and represent Estonia in Tel Aviv. Victor managed to placed 20th overall.
