Going acoustic in a stripped down setting
After releasing “Better” earlier this year in August, an acoustic version of the song featuring Lena and Nico Santos has been released. This version is accompanied by an intimate video in black and white, featuring only the singers in front of a microphone in a small room. The once electronic upbeat song turns into a beautiful piano ballad, highlighting both Lenas and Nico Santos vocals and the emotional lyrics. Lena and the Eurovision Song Contest
Lena first participated at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2010, with the song ‘Satellite’, where she managed to bring Germany it’s first win in 28 years. In 2011, Lena went on to defend her title in Dusseldorf with ‘Taken By a Stranger’. She managed to place tenth in the 2011 contest. Afterwards, Lena managed to maintain a successful career in Germany, releasing several studio albums. Her latest album “Only Love, L” came out this year.
