ESCXTRA are live in Poland at the Gliwice Arena press centre for day 3 of rehearsals ahead of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019! The countries rehearsing today, in chronological order, are Albania, Armenia, Australia, Belarus, France, Georgia, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan and Malta.
Read our handy guide for a more detailed look at this contest’s rehearsal schedule.
Rehearsing right now inside the Gliwice Arena is Giorgi Rostiashvili, performing ‘We Need Love’ for Georgia. We will continue to update this article with any additional information, so make sure to keep refreshing for the most up-to-date review!
REVIEW: A plane flies across the screen on a yellow backdrop to begin. A space theme then plays on the screen with planets swirling and stars falling. Later the aeroplane returns releasing love hearts into the sky. Giorgi does really well alone on stage and is vocally confident. All the graphics are really nice but there is not a huge amount that is memorable here in terms of staging. A lot of it comes down to how much you like the song.
And here’s a reminder of what we saw in their first rehearsal:
Votes can be cast via vote.junioreurovision.tv. Viewers from all over the world can vote for between three and five countries.
The first round of voting will open on Friday 22nd November at 8pm CET and will close at 3.59pm CET on Sunday 24th November, just before the beginning of the live broadcast. Then, voting will reopen during the show for fifteen minutes following the final performance so that any final votes can be cast.
Stay tuned for our reviews for the rest of today’s rehearsals from the Gliwice Arena. If you want to know what to expect for the rest of the day, check out our rehearsal schedule.
