Our favorite snow fairy queen Saara Aalto has been very busy recently. She has recently finished recording vocals for Frozen 2, and she is now set to embark on her Finnish tour. On top of this, Saara has released her new EP ‘Fairytale’ just in time for Christmas.
Saara’s latest release includes the song ‘Every Christmas Day’ which was written by Kylie Minogue. Ahead of its release, Saara promoted the EP on British talk-show ‘Lorraine’ where she revealed that she and her fiance Meri co-wrote a song together.

Saara has released two versions of her new EP. She has released a Finnish version, which was released earlier this month, and of course the International version which was released recently. You can listen to both versions of the EP below:

Saara Aalto at the Eurovision Song Contest
After numerous attempts at representing Finland at the Eurovision Song Contest, Saara finally had her wish granted when YLE internally selected her to represent Finland in Lisbon in 2018.
After performing three songs at UMK: Saara Aalto, the jury and the public selected ‘Monsters’ as Saara’s entry. She placed 10th in her Semi-Final, thus bringing the country back to the Final after three years of non-qualification. She placed 25th overall in the competition.
