Prime Minister Bettel has shared his hopes for the Luxembourgish entry to lift the trophy in Sweden bringing the contest to Luxembourg in 2025, discussing the positive impact on the tourism and hotel industries in the Grand Duchy.

Speaking to the news outlet, Xavier Bettel, who also holds the role of Minister for Communications and Media, expressed Luxembourg’s readiness to host the 2025 contest if Luxembourg were to win the contest next year. On the subject of hosting, PM Bettel added that hosting Eurovision would bring a positive impact for the country, boosting the local hotel industry and promoting tourism in the nation.

It is not the first time that Bettel has discussed the positives of Luxembourg returning to the contest.
